Corporate events happen in real time. Usually there’s no chance for do-overs. We ensure success by anticipating the photos to be taken, using well-prepared local photographers, and editing the resulting images. Plus you have one point of contact, an account manager who coordinates with you and our team.
1. Anticipating the Photos You Need
Our photography request form prompts you to think about how the event will unfold.
What photos do you want and how do you plan to use them. Panoramas of the entire space, tables and guests, and speakers in formal settings. Photos of specific VIPs or attendees, either posed or impromptu. Or photos of attendee activities at fun-day events.
You can also update your staff photos at your conference, or provide gift photos at your customer appreciation day. We set up a headshot booth at your event with a make-up artist and photographer.
Our account manager offers support as needed. She knows the possibilities based on her work on many corporate projects. We provide a written confirmation to make sure we’ve captured your needs.
2. Using Local Photographers

3. Editing & Delivering the Resulting Images
Our photo editors check, sort and improve your images. They remove any duplicates, blinks and blurs. And also do color corrections and light balancing where needed.
Now the images are ready to be delivered. We store them in a secure online location and email you a link so you can download them.
