What You Experience + What Happens Behind the Scenes
Pinpoint’s procedures and systems support the detailed, coordinated activities needed to serve our business clients. Multiple projects in many locations at the same time with many details handled behind the scenes. When you work with us, this is what to expect:
Getting Started. You contact us. Once we understand your request. we provide an all-in quote for our services. If you agree, we confirm the specifics with you in writing and then start the project. During the project, you speak to just one person to make arrangements or ask questions—the coordinator responsible for your project.
Organizing the Project. Your Pinpoint project coordinator selects one or more local photographers, schedules their work, and provides any special guidelines needed for your project.
For projects in several locations, the coordinator works with a client representative at each location. So for 10 locations we coordinate project work with 10 people, unless the client wants to handle site coordination internally.
Capturing Images. These local photographers take the photos at your specified time(s) and place(s) according to Pinpoint standards and your project guidelines.
Processing Photos. Pinpoint photographers upload the raw images to our secure server. Then our editors select the most suitable images, adjust lighting and color, and format images for web and print versions.
Selecting Individual Photos. For portraits and head shots, individuals select their favorite photos online.
Individual Photo Editing. Then editors do further touch-ups on these images.
Delivering Images. You download the results from our web hosting service. All images are available, even rejects.
Dealing with the Unexpected. You need to change your dates or add another location. One of our photographers is ill or …. Stuff happens! We have seen it all and respond quickly to keep the project on track.
In the Longer Term. Want a copy of that great Pinpoint photo of last year’s company party? No problem. We archive your images—organized by project and easy for you to retrieve.
