You want photos of your people — headshots, portraits or team photos for your brochure, website, marketing materials, annual report or press releases. But there are lots of people in many locations and a tight schedule. Plus you want a consistent look that reflects your company’s image.

No problem. We have professional photographers in over 80 locations in the U.S and Canada. Our current record is over 600 headshots in under three days. Here are some examples:

• For an audiovisual company, we photographed 318 staff in 16 Canadian cities in 26 days, based on the client’s schedule.

How it Works

For classic headshots or portraits, you select a background from our background library. Or we create a custom background for you at no additional charge. This achieves a consistent look when the photos were taken at different times, by different photographers, in different cities. We also provide Headshot Preparation Tips for you to circulate to your staff.

We bring our mobile studio to you and shoot whatever look you want formal or casual. For an informal look, we can use an office setting or outdoors. Our local photographers help people relax and take as many shots as needed to get the best results.

Then our photo editors adjust the lighting, color and background, and do facial retouching as needed. (This is where the magic happens!) And store your print and web resolution files in the cloud for easy retrieval.

Optional Extra: Personalized Online Galleries

For individual photos, you can request a private viewing option. So each person receives a card with a unique code to download their photos from a secure gallery. Note that this is standard with our HeadShot Salon service.
