It provides a few moments of personal attention for attendees and time for them to chat with your staff or other guests. Plus participants receive something useful — complimentary professional headshots in a private secure gallery, without divulging any personal information.

The Headshot Booth at Your Event

We make it easy for you to have a headshot booth at your event. Our account manager provides you with information regarding space requirements and looks after all the details to make sure it is successful.

We send one or more professional photographers and make-up artists to your conference, trade show or association meeting when you need a headshot booth. And for your road shows or multi-city events, we have local photographers in all major cites in the U.S. and Canada.
Our staff provide personal attention to relax subjects and make sure they look their best. The make-up artist does hair and make-up touch-up at the headshot lounge. Then our photographer takes several photos of each person, enough to get at least one great image.
Before leaving, each participant receives your branded card with the website address for their personal photo gallery. So no one is concerned about others seeing their photos.

Our Pinpoint headshot booth provides full, personalized services to event attendees, so we call it a Headshot Salon.

The Results of Pinpoint’s Headshot Salon

In two or three business days (at no additional cost), participants can download their individual professional headshots for use on their websites, promotional materials or LinkedIn profiles. We provide support if they have difficulties retrieving their photos.

This is confidential. Participants don’t provide their email addresses or any other personal information.

As the sponsor, you can receive data about how many people had their photos taken at the Headshot Salon and how many viewed their results.
