How our Multi-City Event Service Works
Pinpoint’s experienced event photographers are the heart of our fully managed services. They live and work locally in over 130 communities across the U.S. and Canada. So they know the area and venues, and are available with no need for travel.
Our event photographers work within Pinpoint’s process. Before your event, your account manager works with your representatives, documents and confirms your needs, assigns and briefs our event photographers.
After the event, photographers upload their files, and specialists edit and post your images online so you can download them.
Pinpoint event photographers also work outside typical event meeting rooms. They photograph sponsored activities. For example, children playing soccer in 28 cities across the U.S. for TeamSnap, Fall 2023 & Spring 2024. The photos captured the sponsor’s logo on players’ shirts.
Our event photographers work with Tree Canada on their community tree planting initiatives, and provide photos to their corporate sponsors, including the Bank of Montreal and CN Rail. This year’s project covered 60 locations across Canada in 3 months.
Our all-inclusive fees are competitive. They’re based on photographer hours and include everything that our clients need, including both low and high resolution versions of photo images.

What about the Unexpected?
What if we don’t have enough event photographers? (We have one in that location, but need two for your event. Or a photographer becomes ill the day before the event.)
Pinpoint finds and engages another event photographer. Identifying and recruiting skilled photographers is part of our business.
What if some of your event dates or locations change?
We alter our plans accordingly and assign different, more or fewer event photographers.
What if there is a problem with some of the photo images?
We send the images back for additional photo editing.
